- Go to the Nulab Pass homepage.
- Select the “Start free trial” button.
- Sign into your non-Managed Account (Nulab Account).

- Select “Start free trial” for instant access to Nulab Pass.
For new users:

Once your free trial is over, you won’t have access to Nulab Pass, and Managed Accounts you created won’t have access to Nulab products without a Nulab Pass plan.
Set up SAML authentication
SAML authentication allows access to all Nulab products using SSO.
To set it up:
- Go to your organization settings.
- Select “Single sign-on” from the menu on the left.
- Select “Manage” to set it up.
Good to know
Maintain at least one non-Managed Account to prevent losing access to your Nulab products if there are issues with your SAML authentication. This account should be held by an admin or plan admin and can’t be the same email used for a Managed Account.Verify your organization domain
Verifying your organization domain allows you to add and manage accounts with that domain. To verify your domain:
- Go to your organization settings.
- Select “Domains” from the menu on the left.
- Follow the steps to verify your domain.
Invite members
After setting up SAML authentication and verifying your domain, you can invite members to join your organization by creating Managed Accounts. To invite members:
- Go to your organization settings.
- Select the “Members” tab at the top.
- Select “Create team” in the column on the left.
- After creating a team, select “Add new account” on the “Members” tab.
- Enter the member’s details.
- Select “Create” to automatically send an email invitation.
Set up user provisioning
User provisioning uses SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) to automatically sync user additions, changes, and deletions from identity providers. User provisioning is only available for Managed Accounts. To set it up:
- Go to your organization settings.
- Select “User provisioning” from the menu on the left.
- Select “Manage” to set it up.
Access audit logs
Audit logs record all Nulab activity within your organization to help track who’s accessed the products and what actions they’ve taken. Admins or those with audit log admin privileges can access audit logs in Organization settings > Audit log.
Upgrade to a paid plan
You can upgrade to a paid Nulab Pass plan during or after your free trial. To upgrade:
- Go to your organization settings.
- Select the “Billing” tab at the top.
- Select “Upgrade” under your current plans.
You can cancel your plan any time.
