Backlog 101: Space and organization settings

Backlog users belong to a space and an organization. The space, specific to Backlog, is related to your projects, while the organization is related to your Nulab account. Each organization can have one space, and space and organization settings are managed by admins.

Space settings

Within the space settings, the admin can manage space-wide general settings, users, projects, and plans. To access your space settings:

  • Select your profile icon in the global navigation.
  • Select “Space settings.”

Organization settings

Organization settings include your organization profile, members, and billing information. To access your organization settings:

  • Select your profile icon in the global navigation.
  • Select “Organization settings.”

Within these settings, you can manage your organization’s:

  • Profile: Manage your profile image, organization name, and Nulab organization ID (only with Nulab Pass), or delete your organization.
  • Members: Invite, manage, and delete members with non-Managed Accounts (Nulab Accounts).
  • Plans: Manage your plans, payment, and billing details.
