Our multi-user plans cater to different budgets, team sizes, and project needs.
- Free: Ideal for first-timers who want to explore Cacoo’s features.
- Team: For professional organizations who want access to all Cacoo features.
- Education: Discounted option for teachers and students.
- Enterprise: Installed on your organization’s in-house server to offer full control of files and security settings.

Upgrade your plan
Plan admins can upgrade plans based on their team’s needs.
To upgrade your plan:
- Click on the organization name in the global navigation.
- Select “Cacoo settings.”
- Click the “Plan” tab on the left side of the screen.
- Select “Upgrade to Team.”
- Select your team size.
- Select an annual or monthly subscription.
- Enter or update your billing information and contractor address.
- Select “Submit payment.”
- Your upgraded plan is available to use immediately.
