User roles and privileges

In Nulab, roles can be broken down into Admin, Member, and Guest. Furthermore, you can assign additional privileges to Admin and Member roles, such as plan admin or invite user privileges.

The table below shows operation permissions for each role on the Organization Settings page.

*1 Invite by link function only available to the Administrator role. While the invite by email function is available to the Administrator and Member with invite user privilege.
*2 Admin can remove a user’s Nulab Account from the organization, but the user’s account is not deleted; the user can still access/use their Nulab Account for other organizations.
*3 There are some restrictions on deleting Nulab accounts if you are the only user in the organization. Please refer to the Delete your Nulab Account notes for details.
*4 Invite member privilege is only applicable to Nulab Accounts. Managed Account users with this privilege can only invite others to join the organization as Nulab Accounts but not Managed Accounts.
