Paid plans can be canceled or restarted at any time. Only plan admins can manage an organization’s plans. Canceling your plan takes effect with your next billing cycle, and doesn’t cancel any other plans you have (e.g., Backlog, Cacoo) or delete your organization.
When you cancel Nulab Pass, you’ll continue to have access until the last day of your current plan. After that:
- All Managed Accounts are changed to non-Managed Accounts.
- Members will be automatically logged out and unable to use single sign-on (SSO).
- Managed Accounts created before January 16, 2023 that haven’t been updated will lose access until you restart your plan.
To cancel your Nulab Pass plan:
- Go to your organization settings.
- Go to the “Billing” tab.
- Under “Plans,” find the plan you want to cancel.
- Select “Cancel subscription.”
- Confirm your cancellation.
