FAQs about Backlog plans

Paid plans can be canceled or restarted at any time. Only plan admins can manage an organization’s plans. Canceling your plan doesn’t delete your organization.

How do I cancel my plan?

Canceling your plan takes effect with your next billing cycle. 

To cancel your plan:

  • Go to your organization settings.
  • Select your organization.
  • Go to the “Billing” tab.
  • Under “Plans,” find the plan you want to cancel.
  • Select “Cancel plan.”

How do I restart my plan?

Once your plan expires, your organization data is deleted according to our policy. You can restart your plan up until the date of data deletion. 

To restart your plan:

  • Go to your organization settings.
  • Select your organization.
  • Go to the “Billing” tab.
  • Under “Plans,” find the plan you want to restart.
  • Select “Start subscription.”

How do I delete my organization or space?

To delete your organization or space:

  • Go to your organization settings.
  • Select your organization.
  • Go to the “Profile” tab.
  • Select “Delete organization.”

Your organization data will be deleted according to our policy.
