There are a few ways to search for issues in Backlog.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to:
- Search on the issues page
- Search across projects
- Search across an organization
- Save search filters
Search on the issues page
The project issues page includes options for simple and advanced searches using the tabs above the issues table. To filter for custom fields, use the advanced search tab.
Search across projects
- Select the “...” icon in the global navigation.
- Select “Find issues.”
- In the “General” tab, select the projects you want to search within and any other criteria.
- Select the “Search” button at the bottom of the page.
Search across an organization
To search across an organization’s space, use the “Search this space” field in the global navigation.
Save search filters
Save your frequently used search criteria as a filter. To create a filter:
- Go to the project’s issues page.
- Select your search criteria.
- Select the “Save as filter” button on the top right.
- Name the filter.
- Select “Save this search as a filter.”
- Find your saved search filters under “Filters” in the global navigation.
