Connect Google Drive and Cacoo
To connect Google Drive and Cacoo:
- Select your profile or organization icon in the top navigation.
- Select “Cacoo settings.”
- Select the “Integrations” tab.
- Find Google Drive in the options.
- Select “Connect.”
- Sign into your Google account and allow access.
Save diagrams to Google Drive
Once your accounts are connected, you can share diagrams on Google Drive. Open the diagram you want to share and:
- Select the “Export/Print” cloud icon in the top-right corner.
- Select “Save to Google Drive.”
- Select “Share on Google Drive.”
Once shared, “Shared on Google Drive” replaces the button text. The thumbnail preview in Google Drive only shows the diagram’s first sheet. Open the file to see all sheets.
Create diagrams from Google Drive
To create a diagram from Google Drive:
- Go to Google Drive.
- Select “New” on the top-left corner.
- Select “More.”
- Select “Cacoo.”
Your diagram is saved to both Cacoo and Google Drive.
Open diagrams from Google Drive
To open a diagram from Google Drive:
- Go to Google Drive.
- Right-click on the diagram file.
- Select “Open with.”
- Select “Cacoo.”
Share diagrams from Google Drive
To share a diagram from Google Drive:
- Go to Google Drive.
- Right-click on the diagram file.
- Select “Share.”
- Choose to share the file via email or link.
