Admins and members with plan admin privileges can manage payments and billing. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer (Japan users only) and billed monthly or annually.

Access your payment and billing details
To access your payment and billing details:
- Select your organization icon in the global navigation.
- Select “Organization settings.”
- Select the “Plans” tab at the top.
Change your payment method
To change your payment method:
- Go to the “Billing” section under “Plans”.
- Select “Edit.”
- Select “Enter new credit card” and add your credit card details.
- Select “Update” to save changes.
Change your billing cycle
To change your billing cycle:
- Go to the “Billing” section under “Plans.”
- Select “Edit.”
- Under “Billing Cycle,” select monthly or annual payments in the dropdown.
- Select “Update” to save changes.
