Troubleshooting Backlog login errors

There are a few reasons you might see the below error (https://<spaceid>.backlog.com/userNotFound) when trying to access a Backlog space.

  1. You’re not a member of the Backlog space or organization and don’t have permission.
  2. You have multiple Nulab accounts and are logged into an account that doesn’t have access to the space or organization.

How to access the space or organization

To become a member of a space or organization, ask the admin to invite you to join.

To switch to another Nulab account that does have access to the space or organization:

  • Go to your Nulab settings.
  • Click on your profile icon in the global navigation.
  • Select “Log out.”
  • Log into the account that does have access to the space or organization.
