There are a few reasons you might see the below error (https://<spaceid>.backlog.com/userNotFound) when trying to access a Backlog space.
- You’re not a member of the Backlog space or organization and don’t have permission.
- You have multiple Nulab accounts and are logged into an account that doesn’t have access to the space or organization.
How to access the space or organization
To become a member of a space or organization, ask the admin to invite you to join.
To switch to another Nulab account that does have access to the space or organization:
- Go to your Nulab settings.
- Click on your profile icon in the global navigation.
- Select “Log out.”
- Log into the account that does have access to the space or organization.
