Users can access the Files shared folder from their local computer using WebDAV with Windows Explorer, Mac Finder, or a WebDAV client like Cyberduck or WinSCP.
Please follow the settings based on your operating system below. With a WebDAV client, users might be able to access Files from other operating systems (e.g., Linux), but they are not officially supported yet.

Settings for MacOS
- On the Files page, copy the URL address in the lower-right corner.
- At Finder, select Go and click on Connect to Server.
- Paste the copied URL in the server address field, and click Connect.
- Enter your Backlog login email and password, and click Connect.
- A Finder window will open, and the connection to the Files shared folder is complete. You can access the project’s shared folders and files from your computer.
Did you know?
- If you have enabled 2FA (two-factor authentication), you must enter the special password generated in your Backlog personal settings.

Settings for Windows 8/10
- On the Files page, copy the URL address in the lower-right corner.
- Right-click on This PC and click on Map network drive.
- Click on Connect to a website that you can use to store your documents and pictures.
- Select Choose a custom network location and click Next.
- Paste the copied URL in the server address field, and click Next.
- Enter your Backlog login email and password, and click OK.
- The setup is complete when the shared folder is opened.
