Project members can access shared files from their computer using WebDAV or a WebDAV client (not officially supported).
In this guide, we’ll show you how to:

Set up WebDAV for Mac
To set up WebDAV for Mac:
- Go to the project’s “Files” page.
- Copy the URL in the lower-right corner.
- Select “Connect to server” from the “Go” menu at the top of your computer.
- Paste the URL in the server address field.
- Select “Connect.”
- Enter your Backlog login info. If you’re using two-factor authentication, enter the special password generated in your Backlog personal settings.
- Select “Connect.”
- A Finder window will open to show where you can access the shared files.

To set up WebDAV for Mac:
- Go to the project’s “Files” page.

- Open your File Explorer.
- Right-click on “This PC.”
- Select “Map network drive.”
- Select the “Connect to a website…” link at the bottom.
- Select “Choose a custom network location.
- Select “Next.”
- Paste the URL in the server address field.
- Select “Next.”
- Enter your Backlog login info. If you’re using two-factor authentication, enter the special password generated in your Backlog personal settings.
- Select “OK.”
- The shared folder will open.
