Access wiki history and versions to see what’s been updated and by whom.

View history
To view wiki history:
- Select the “...” icon at the top of the page.
- Select “History” to be redirected to a page with a list of all updates.
Compare versions
To compare versions:
- Select the “...” icon at the top of the page.
- Select “History” to be redirected to a page with a list of all updates.
- Select “Compare difference with previous version.”
- Adjust the dates at the top.
- Select “Show differences.”
- Differences are highlighted in green (added), pink (deleted), or blue (changed).
Restore versions
There are two ways to restore a previous version of the wiki:
- Select the version number on the history page.
- Select the version number on the comparison page.
Content from that version is shown. Select “Restore this version” to save it as a new version without impacting the wiki history.
Discontinuing Wiki for New Spaces and Updating Default Settings for New Projects
Starting Tuesday, July 14, 2026, we will be changing how the Wiki feature is provided. This change applies to newly created spaces and projects.
Spaces created on or after July 14, 2026
You cannot use the Wiki feature. Please use the Document feature instead.
New projects created in existing spaces on or after July 14, 2026
New projects will start with the Wiki feature turned OFF by default.
