- When editing a wiki, add your file to the “Attach file” section at the bottom.
Once attached, files are listed at the bottom of the wiki page.

To link to a shared file:
- Go to the wiki.
- Select the “...” icon at the top right of the page.
- Select “Link to file.”
- Browse and select the files to be linked.
- Select “Link selected files.”
Links to shared files are listed at the bottom of the wiki. Click on the link to go to the file.

There are a few ways to display an attached image when editing a wiki.
To add a link or image tag:
- Select the paperclip icon in the “Contents” field toolbar.

Images are displayed to load quickly, but you can choose to display images in their original size by going to Project settings > General and checking the “Display images in wikis in their original size.”

- Select the paperclip icon in the “Contents” field toolbar.
- Select the image file.
- Select “Add thumbnail tag.” You can also insert a thumbnail image tag manually by typing “#thumbnail(file ID or name)”.
- Select “Submit.”
