Attaching files to issues can provide background and context to an issue.

The number and size of attachments allowed is based on your plan:

Attach files when adding an issue
There are two ways to attach a file when adding a new issue. In the attachment section below the issue description and condition fields:
- Drag and drop files.
- Use the “Select files” button.
Once attached, an image tag and thumbnail will appear. To delete the attachment, delete the image tag or select the image and then “Delete.”
Attach files to an existing issue
There are three ways to attach a file to an existing issue.
- When editing an issue, drag and drop files or use the “Select files” button in the attachment section. Select “Save” when done.
- In the comment section, select the paperclip icon, select your files, and select “Submit.”
- Use the “...” icon at the top of the issue details page and select “Attach file” or “Link to file.”
Find attached files
To see the files attached to an issue:
- Go to the issue details page.
- Under the issue description, select the “Attachments” or “Shared files” tab.
