You need a Nulab account (Managed or non-Managed Account) to access Backlog. Once logged in, you can manage your account profile and your Backlog settings.

Manage your account profile
To access your account in Backlog:
- Select your profile icon in the global navigation.
- Select “Personal settings.”
- Select “User information” from the menu on the left.
- Select “Edit Nulab account” at the top of the screen.
- After editing your profile, select “Update” at the bottom to save any changes.
If you have a Managed Account, some profile changes may be overwritten due to user provisioning.
Manage your Backlog settings
To manage your Backlog settings:
- Select your profile icon in the global navigation.
- Select “Personal settings.”
- Select “User information” from the menu on the left.
- Scroll down to manage settings for issue pages, keyboard shortcuts, and appearance.
- Select “Save.”
General and project-specific email settings are also updated in Backlog.
