Payments can fail if there’s an issue with your credit card (e.g., it’s expired) or bank account.
To resolve a failed payment:
- Go to your organization settings.
- Select the “Plans” tab and go to the “Payments” section.
- Select “Retry” to retry the payment, or update your payment and billing information.
