What domains and request methods does Cacoo use?
We use HTTPS protocol to communicate with the cacoo.com and *.cacco.com domains. Because we don’t publish IP addresses, register these domains to your allow list.
You should also allow the following HTTP request methods:
- GET
- POST
- HEAD
- PUT
- DELETE
- OPTIONS
What communication methods does Cacoo use?
In addition to the HTTPS protocol, we use the following communication methods:
- WebSocket for Cacoo’s live collaboration and notification features
- P2P (WebRTC) for Cacoo’s video chat feature
