We only accept credit card payment methods for global users (excluding the Japan region). Types of credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
During your subscription, you can select monthly or annual payment options. Cacoo offers these two options for all the cloud version subscriptions — Plus, Pro, and Team plan. On the other hand, the Enterprise plan only supports the annual payment option.
Your plan will be automatically renewed by credit card at the end of your subscription, except in the following scenarios:
- Canceling or stopping the subscription of your plan in advance.
- Payment failure due to credit card issues.
Did you know?
- You will receive a renewal reminder email 7 days before the renewal date.
- For Japan region users, you will have another payment method — payment via bank transfer. If you are paying via bank transfer, you will receive a renewal notice (with an invoice) 63 days before the renewal date.
Subscription contract date
If you have already subscribed to Typetalk paid plans, or Backlog paid plans (except Classic plan), the end date of your subscription for the Cacoo Pro or Team plan will be the same as the end date of your existing Typetalk/Backlog subscription. You will be billed for all products at the same time under one invoice.
