How to insert Cacoo diagrams into Google Docs

Insert diagrams directly into Google Docs with the Cacoo Diagrams extension.

To set it up:

• Install the Cacoo Diagrams extension.

• Open your Google Doc.
• Select “Extensions” from the menu.
• Select “Cacoo Diagrams.”
• Select “Insert diagram.”
• Select “Get started” in the side panel (first-time users only).
• Allow access.

To insert a diagram:

• Select “Extensions” from the menu.
• Select “Cacoo Diagrams.”
• Select “Insert diagram.”
• In the side panel, hover over the diagram you want to insert.
• Select “Insert.” If the diagram has multiple sheets, use the arrow to select the sheet you want to insert.

In the side panel, you can search for diagrams by name or keyword and switch to another organization to access those diagrams.
