You can quickly insert your Cacoo diagrams into any Google Doc.
Install “Cacoo Diagrams” add-on to Google Docs
- Open the add-on page.
- Click Install to get the add-on and authorize Cacoo access to Google Docs.
After installation, the Cacoo add-on will then appear in the Add-ons menu option.
Insert Cacoo diagram into doc
For first-time users using the Cacoo diagram add-on, follow the steps below to get started.
- Click on Add-ons from the menu bar and select Cacoo Diagrams > Insert Diagram.
- A right navigation panel will prompt. Select the Get Started button and Authorize this add-on to connect to your account.
To insert a diagram,
- Click on Add-ons from the menu bar and select Cacoo Diagrams > Insert Diagram.
- Hover over to the diagram that you want to insert and click INSERT.
If a diagram contains multiple sheets, click on the > button to choose the sheet you want to insert and click INSERT.
Did you know?
- You can quickly search the diagrams by entering the diagram name or keyword in the Search bar.
- If you are working in a different organization in Cacoo, you can switch to the organization and insert diagrams from it.
