How to embed Cacoo diagrams into external sites

Embed entire diagrams or single sheets from Cacoo into blog posts, websites, or other sources.

Embed an entire diagram

To embed an entire diagram using an embed code:

  • Open the diagram you want to embed.
  • Select the “Share” button in the top-right corner.
  • Enable the “Public link” setting, and set the permissions to “view the diagram.” If you only want collaborators to access the embedded diagram, you can disable the “Public link” setting.
  • Open the “Image link and embed code” section by clicking on the arrow.
  • Select “Copy code.”
  • Once embedded, the diagram will display in a 400 x 300 viewer with arrows to navigate between sheets.

Embed a single sheet

To embed a single sheet using an image link:

  • Open the diagram you want to embed.
  • Select the “Share” button in the top-right corner.
  • Enable the “Public link” setting, and set the permissions to “view the diagram.” If you only want collaborators to access the embedded diagram, you can disable the “Public link” setting.
  • Open the “Image link and embed code” section by clicking on the arrow.
  • Select “Copy link.”
  • To display the image on a website, add the <img> tag to your site’s HTML and specify the URL as “src.”
