Link objects (shapes, tables, text, etc.) in your diagram to a URL, sheet, or the shapes library.

Add links
To add a link to an object, select the object to open the editor menu and then the link icon.
To link to a URL:
- Select the “URL” tab.
- Add the URL.
- Select “Apply.”
To link to another sheet:
- Select the “Sheet” tab.
- Select “Unlink sheet.”
- Select the sheet name from the dropdown menu.
- Select “Apply.”
To link to the shapes library:
- Select the “Function” tab.
- Select “Unlink function.”
- Select “Open shapes library” from the dropdown menu.
- Select “Apply.”
To link to another object:
- Select the object or group of objects you want to link to. They can be in the same or a different diagram.
- Right-click or select the “...” icon from the editor menu.
- Select “Copy object URL” from the menu.
- Select the object where you want to add the link.
- Select the “URL” tab.
- Paste the URL.
- Select “Apply.”
A link icon will appear in the bottom right of the object after the link is added.
Edit links
To edit a link:
- Select the link icon in the bottom right of the object.
- Select the edit icon.
- Edit the link.
- Select “Apply.”
Remove links
To remove a link:
- Select the link icon in the bottom right of the object.
- Select the trash can icon.
