Cacoo 101: Keyboard shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts help you work faster and more efficiently in Cacoo.

In this overview, we’ll go over shortcut keys for:

  • Editing diagrams
  • Editing lines

To access the shortcuts within an open diagram, click on the “Help” icon in the properties menu and select “Keyboard shortcuts.”

Prevent snap to shape Hold down “Ctrl” while adjusting the line. Hold down “Command ” while adjusting the line.
Add a node Double-click on the line where you want to add the node.
Delete a node Double-click on the node.
Draw a straight line (angled at 45-degree increments) Hold down “Shift” while drawing the line.
