Diagrams are made up of sheets, or pages.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to:
- Add sheets
- Name sheets
- Duplicate sheets
- Reorder sheets
- Delete sheets
Add sheets
To add a sheet to your diagram, select the sheets icon in the top right corner to open the panel menu. Select “Add sheet.”
Name sheets
With the panel menu open:
- Click on the name of the sheet you want to change (new sheets are named “Untitled” by default).
- Enter the sheet name.
- Press “Enter” or click anywhere in the diagram to save the name.
Duplicate sheets
To duplicate a sheet within your diagram:
- Open the panel menu.
- Hover over the sheet you want to duplicate.
- Select the “...” icon.
- Select “Duplicate” from the menu.
Good to know
To copy content from a different diagram, use the select all, copy, and paste commands between the original and destination diagrams.
Reorder sheets
To reorder sheets in your diagram:
- Open the panel menu.
- Select the sheet you want to move.
- Drag and drop it to the desired location.
Delete sheets
You can delete sheets from diagrams with more than one sheet. To delete sheets in your diagram:
- Open the panel menu.
- Hover over the sheet you want to duplicate.
- Select the “...” icon.
- Select “Delete” from the menu.
