Legacy Plus Plan users can only invite legacy users to their shared/private folders, i.e. you cannot add new plan users (new Free plan/Pro plan/Team plan users) to your shared folders or private folders as a collaborator. To add new plan users to your folders, please consider switching your plan to a new plan.
If your Plus plan is canceled or downgraded to the old Free plan, please follow the steps in the Change plan to replace canceled Plus plan section.
