Cacoo 101: Single-user plans

Cacoo supports three single-user plans.

Review plans

Cacoo supports two legacy plans and one new plan for single users.

  • Legacy Free and Legacy Plus: Applies to accounts registered before November 27, 2019.
  • Pro: Ideal for individual users who want to collaborate on diagrams.

Only other legacy users can be invited to collaborate in Legacy Plus plan folders. Learn more about this and other legacy plan restrictions

When your Legacy Plus plan ends, it will automatically change to a Legacy Free plan.

Upgrade your plan

Upgrade your plan to continue using your Pro plan after the free trial or to swtich from the Free to Pro plan. Legacy Free plan users can also update to the current Free plan.

To upgrade your plan:

  • Click on the organization name in the global navigation.
  • Select “Cacoo settings.”
  • Click the “Plan” tab on the left side of the screen.
  • Select “Upgrade.”

  • Select your plan.
  • Select your team size.
  • Enter your billing information.
  • Select “Submit payment.”
  • Your upgraded plan is available to use immediately.

Legacy Free and Legacy Plus plan users can try the Team plan for free before subscribing. 

To start a free Team plan trial:

  • Click on the organization name in the global navigation.
  • Select “Cacoo settings.”
  • Click the “Plan” tab on the left side of the screen.
  • Click “Start Team trial.”
  • Your trial plan is available to use immediately.
