I received an email: “Please update your credit card details”. What should I do?

You are receiving this email because your credit card cannot be authorized for payment for your upcoming contract renewal.

Authorization failures can be due to various reasons (incorrect information, insufficient funds, etc), please consider contacting your card issuer for further details. 

To further proceed, click the Update Credit Card button in the email and it will redirect you to the Plans page. 

Click Change in the Payment Method & Billing Cycle field to update your credit card information.
