Payer authentication is a service for secure credit card payments. The following credit card brands have adopted 3D Secure authentication which may require your authorization with a password, OTP (one time pin), etc.
You will receive an e-mail from Nulab when payer authentication is required. Please follow the procedure below.
- Click the Authenticate Payment button in the email and it will redirect you to Plans Page.
- Confirm your plan, select the payment method and click OK to proceed.
- An authorization page will be prompted. Please follow the instructions displayed on it.
*The displayed contents vary depending on your credit card issuer. - Upon successful authorization, a message indicating that "Your credit card has been authorized successfully" will be displayed in the lower right.
