Instead of using a user name and password to sign in, you can log in to your Nulab Account with a fingerprint or PIN.
What is biometric authentication?
It is a form of security process that verify a user’s identity through biometric features such as fingerprints or facial recognition. This benefits the user as it helps them to authenticate swiftly without the need to remember or enter a password.
How to set up biometric authentication
In order to use biometric authentication, your environment (browser or device) will need to support it. Please refer to the list of passwordless authentication supported browsers/devices to check.
If your environment supports biometric authentication, you can set it up easily in your Nulab Account.
- Go to My Profile.
- Select the SECURITY tab.
- Select the "Security Device" on the left menu and click the "Add Security Device" button
- Follow the instructions to set up your device. (setup process may vary depending on the device).
