You can change or reset your non-Managed Account (Nulab Account) password at any time.

Change your password
To change your password:
- Select your profile icon in the global navigation.
- Select “My profile.”
- Select the “Security” tab at the top.
- Select “Password” from the menu on the left.
- Select “Change password.”
- Enter your current and new password.
- Select “Update.”
Good to know
Your password should be at least 12 characters and a mix of numbers, special characters, and upper- and lowercase letters. If your password is rejected, it’s likely because it’s a common password, easy to guess, or may have been leaked in the past with another service.Reset your password
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by going to our password reset page. Enter your Nulab account email, and select “Send email.” We’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
