Nulab 101: Non-Managed Accounts

Unlike Managed Accounts, non-Managed Accounts (Nulab Accounts) are managed by members themselves.

In this overview, we’ll go over how to:

  • Create an account
  • Access your account
  • Switch products or organizations

Create an account

Your account is automatically created when you sign up for any Nulab product.

Access your account

Log into your account from the login page or the Nulab homepage. You can also log into Backlog or Cacoo directly by selecting “Log in” at the top right of the product page.

Once logged in, you’ll be directed to one of the following depending on your organization membership:

  • Product page: You belong to a single organization that uses one Nulab product.
  • Organization list: You belong to multiple organizations. Select the organization you want to access.
  • Organization dashboard: You belong to a single organization that uses multiple or no Nulab products. Select the product you want to open and, if needed, sign up for a free trial.
  • Account profile: You don’t belong to any organization. Can create one automatically by starting a free trial, or ask your organization admin to invite you.

Switch products or organizations

To switch between Nulab products, select the grid icon in the top right of the global navigation.

To switch organizations, select your current organization name in the global navigation. In the menu, select the organization that you want to switch to.
