By default, the audit log file will be automatically exported to all “Audit Log Admin” users at 2am (UTC) on the first day of each month.
To manually obtain the current and previous month's audit logs, you can follow the steps below.

Only administrator or member roles with the “Audit Log Admin” privilege can access the audit log function.Export current month’s audit log
To export the current month's audit log:
- From your organization settings page, select Organization tab > Audit Log.
- Select the product you wish to export the audit log report for and click Export.
- A confirmation dialog will prompt, select Continue. A confirmation dialog will notify that exporting may take up to 30 minutes. Select Done.
- When the audit log file is ready, you will receive an email with the download link. From the email, select the Download button.
- A download dialog will prompt you to the audit log settings page. Select Download.

- Exporting the audit log file may take up to 30 mins.
- The download link from the email will expire in 24 hours.
- Exporting the current month’s audit log will export the log only up to the current date. E.g. if you exported on 15th November, your audit log period is from 1st November to 15th November.
Download past month’s audit log
To download the past month’s audit log:
- From your organization settings page, select Organization tab > Audit Log.
- Select the product you wish to download the past audit log report for and click on the Download icon.
Scenarios when you can’t obtain audit logs
The audit logs cannot be downloaded when:
- The Nulab Pass contract has expired or payment is overdue.
- You are not granted the “Audit Log Admin” privilege.
- The total number of organization users has exceeded the Nulab Pass license count.
