User privileges to use Nulab Flowbase

Member with Admin privilege and Member privilege can use Nulab Flowbase.

  • Guest can view created workflows.
  • Guest can also start workflows depending on the workflow settings.

Here is what each privilege can do:

Privilege What they can do
Admin Create/delete workflows, manage user privileges, edit/view workflow information (names, details, etc.).
Member Create workflows, view workflow information (names, details, etc.).

Privileges for each workflow

In Nulab Flowbase, you can set special privileges for each workflow. The person who creates a workflow automatically gets the "Owner" privilege. You can change these settings by clicking "Share" on the right side of the workflow details screen.

Please search for the member or team you want to share with, and give them a privilege.

Here are the privileges you can set for each workflow:

Privilege What they can do
Owner Publish/delete workflows, add collaborators, change privileges.
Designer Edit workflows, change collaborator privileges (Except changing to Owner).
Executor Run workflows, set or change schedules.

Good to know

An Admin can do all operations, no matter what workflow privilege they have.
