Migration transfers all wiki content and settings to documents. This overview highlights what is moved, how long it typically takes, and how wiki access is affected during the process.
How can data be migrated on a space or page basis instead of a project basis?
Migration is only supported at the project level and cannot be performed at the space or page level.
What items will be transferred after migration?
All content and settings registered in the Wiki will be migrated.
What’s the estimated completion time for migration?
Migration time varies on the number of wiki pages and size of attachments within the project. This typically ranges from a few seconds to several minutes per page.
You can monitor the migration status in the document migration feature. The process will continue even if you close or refresh your browser.
Wiki usage during migration
You can browse the wiki during migration. However, if an admin or project admin starts the migration while a user is editing the wiki, any unsaved edits will be lost.
How can I undo an accidental migration and restore the system to the previous state?
You cannot revert to the state before the migration.
My wiki migrated, but I don’t see the attached images and files. Where can I find them?
Migrated images and files from the original wiki don’t appear within the body of the document. To view them, select the “...” icon in the top right corner of the document and select “Attachments.”
