In this guide, we’ll show you how to configure SAML for Okta in Nulab Pass. This information is also available in Japanese.
- Single sign-on with SAML (available by signing up for Nulab Pass).
- Domain authentication.
Supported features
The Okta/Nulab Pass (Backlog, Cacoo, Typetalk) SAML integration supports:
- IdP-initiated SSO
- SP-initiated SSO
Configuration steps
In Okta:
Select Applications > Applications on the left side of the Okta page.
- Select “Browse App Catalog” to see a list of applications that can be configured.
- Search for “Nulab Pass,” go to the Nulab Pass details page, and select “Add” to display the configuration page.
- (Optional) Change the name of the application as it appears on Okta by updating the“Application label.”
Select “Done” to add the application to Okta.
- Select “Assign” under the “Assignments” tab to set the target members for SAML authentication. This can also be completed later.
- Select Sign On > Edit to display a detailed settings screen.
- (Optional) Set the RelayState in the “Default Relay State” field.
- Add the space key of your Nulab Pass organization in the “Space Key” field.
- Select “Email” from the “Application username format” dropdown menu and select “Save.”
In Nulab Pass:
- Select “More details” under the “Sign On” tab.
- Set the following information displayed to Nulab Pass:
- Issuer (IdP Entity ID)
- Sign-on URL (IdP Endpoint URL)
- Signing Certificate (X.509 Certificate (Base64))
