How can I check my payment history and download invoices?

For Pro and Team plans:

  • Select your profile icon in the top navigation.
  • Select “Cacoo settings.”

  • In the “Plan” tab, select “Payment history” in the top-right corner.

  • You’re redirected to your organization settings where you can view all payments and download invoices, receipts, and quotes.

For the Legacy Plus plan:

  • Select your profile icon in the top navigation.
  • Select “Cacoo settings.”
  • In the “Plan” tab, select “Payment history” in the top-right corner.

  • You’re redirected to a screen where you can view all payments and download invoices.
