Share ideas, collaborate with team members, and keep track of the conversation with follow mode. Available with all Cacoo plans, follow mode allows you to follow active board collaborators in real-time and invite them to follow you.

Follow board collaborators
To follow an active board collaborator:
- Go to the top navigation.
- Select the avatar of the collaborator you want to follow. (To see all active collaborators, select the number next to the avatars).
When you start following someone, a colored frame appears around the board along with a “Following [name]” label at the top of the screen.
- To stop following someone, select their avatar again.
Invite board collaborators to follow you
To invite active board collaborators to follow you:
- Hover over your avatar in the top navigation.
- Select “Follow me.”
- All active board collaborators will get a notification about your request.
You can see how many collaborators are following you at the top of your screen.
- To stop follow mode, select “Stop” at the top of your screen, or hover over your avatar and select “Stop following me.”
Accept invites to follow others
If another active collaborator invites you to follow them, you’ll see a notification at the top of your screen. After a few seconds, you’ll automatically start following them unless you select “Ignore.”
