When subscription expires

If we do not receive your payment for the next billing cycle by the end of the current term, the use of topics in the organization will be terminated.  Please submit your payment within 14 days after the expiration date or downgrade to the free plan in order to access topics.

Only Payment Administrators can change plans.

If you renewed your subscription but somehow it expired, please check that your payment was successfully processed.  If you are paying by credit card, the payment for the next term will be processed on the last day of the subscription.  We cannot process a payment if the registered credit card has expired.  Please ensure to keep your credit card information up-to-date.
