You can attach files or images to the issue. Below are some ways you can add files and images to the issue in different scenarios.
While adding issue
While adding an issue, you can attach files and images by,
- dragging and dropping the files or images to the attachment section.
- click Select File(s)... button and select the files or images you wish to attach.
After attaching an image, the image tag will automatically be inserted into the issue description. To remove the image from the description, simply delete the image tag from the content.
If you have attached the wrong image or files, click on the attached image or file thumbnail and select Delete.
After added issue
After the issue is added, you can attach images or files to the registered issue.
Via the edit issue function
You can attach an image by editing the issue. To edit an issue, go to the registered issue page and select Edit.
On the editing page, drag and drop your images or files or click on the Select File(s)… button to select from your local drive. Once editing is done, click the Save button to apply the changes.

If the administrator has set a Backlog restriction to a member, the member cannot access the Edit function to edit the issue.Via the comment section
To add attachments via the comment section, click on the Attach file icon and upload your attachments. Click the Submit button to attach the attachments.
After attaching an image, the image tag will automatically be inserted into the comment section. To remove the image from the comment, simply remove the image tag from the content.
If you have attached the wrong image or files, click on Attach file icon, on the upload screen, click on the attachments thumbnail and select Delete.
Via the More > Attach File function
You can also attach by clicking the more … icon and select Attach File. Simply upload your attachments, and the attachments detail will be registered in the comment section. Click Submit button to attach the attachment.
Via the More > Link to Shared File function
If your attachments have been saved in the project file, you can link the attachments from the shared file within the project. To link attachments from project files, go to the more … icon and select Link to Shared File.
A file browser window will prompt. Select the file(s) you want to attach by checking the check box and click the Link Selected File(s) button.
Locating your attachments within the issue
After attaching the file(s) on the issue, you can easily locate them on the issue page.
On the registered issue page, you can locate the attachment within the issue on the Attachment tab. To view the files that are linked from the shared file, you can find them on the Shared Files tab.
File size & limitations
The number and size of the files to be attached are limited depending on your plan. Once you reach your total size limit, more files cannot be added.
