Change payment method and billing cycle

You can select credit card payment during your subscription, and select for the billing cycle, either monthly or annual payment options. If you wish to change your payment method and billing cycle or update credit card details, you can manage them on the organization plan settings page.

Only plan admins can manage and change the payment method and billing cycle.

Change payment method and billing cycle

To change the payment method and billing cycle: 

  1. Select Change on the Payment Method and Billing Cycle section.

  2. To update:
    - Credit card, select registered card or new card. If it is new card, please enter the new card information and click Update.
    - Billing cycle, select Monthly or Annually and click Update.

Do you know?

For global users, we only accept credit card payment. For the Japan region users, you will have an additional option to change your payment method between Bank Transfer and Credit Card. 

Update new credit card

If you wish to change to another credit card for subscription charges, on the Plans setting page, select Enter new credit card on the Payment Method & Billing Cycle section.
