In some scenarios, you may receive an error message, and certain functions cannot be performed in the organization settings page.
The error scenarios and restricted functions are covered below.
Unpaid error
This error occurs when the subscription payment is unsuccessful thus causing the Nulab Pass service to be terminated.
In this scenario, some of the functions stated below are restricted. Once the payment has been successfully made, the restrictions will be lifted.
- Create/Edit Managed Account
- Change an account type
- Manage SAML settings
- Download audit logs
Number of Accounts (/users) exceeds Nulab Pass subscriptions
This scenario occurs when the total number of accounts (Nulab Account and Managed Account) exceeds the number of Nulab Pass user subscriptions.
Some of the functions stated below are restricted. To remedy this, you can delete some of the unwanted accounts or upgrade(increase) your Nulab Pass user subscriptions.
