You can select credit card payment during your subscription, and select for the billing cycle, either monthly or annual payment options. If you wish to change your payment method and billing cycle, you can also change them on the plan settings page.
Note: Only Plan Admins can manage and change the payment method and billing cycle.
Change payment method and billing cycle
To change the payment method and billing cycle:
- On the Plans settings page, select Change on the Payment Method and Billing Cycle section.
- To update:
- Payment method, select the payment method and click Update.
- Billing cycle, select Monthly or Annually and click Update.
Note: For the Japan region users, you will have an additional option to change your payment method between Bank Transfer and Credit Card.
For global users, we only accept credit card payment. You cannot change the payment method, but you can switch to use another credit card for the payment by selecting the New button.
Update new credit card
If you wish to change to another credit card for subscription charges, on the Plans setting page, select Enter new credit card on the Payment Method & Billing Cycle section.
