As a plan admin, you can change plan — add more or reduce Nulab Pass users subscriptions at any time based on your organization’s needs.
Add user subscriptions
If you add additional user subscriptions, the additional cost will be prorated and charged on the same day you apply.
To add additional user subscriptions:
- Go to the Organization Settings page and select Plans.
- In the Current Plan section, select Change plan for Nulab Pass.
- Change Plan dialogue will prompt. Select or increase the total number of users you wish to change.
- Select the new plans and click Next.
- Confirm your plan changes and click Change Plan.
*You can click Change to change your Contractor Address or Billing Address, or select New Card to use another card to make the payment.
Reduce user subscriptions
If you want to reduce the user subscriptions, the cost difference will take effect on the next billing cycle (contract terms).
To reduce user subscriptions:
- Go to the Organization Settings page and select Plans.
- In the Current Plan section, select Change plan for Nulab Pass
- Change plan dialogue will prompt. Reduce the total number of users you wish to change.
*The number of user subscriptions cannot be less than the total number of users in your organization, which is the number of Nulab Account and Managed Account users added together. This restriction will take effect in the next billing cycle, please be advised to check the total user count in your Organization Settings page. - Select the new plans and click Next.
- Confirm your plan changes and click Change Plan.
Notes:
- The changes (cost difference or user count) will only take effect on your next billing cycle (contract terms).
If you are on a monthly subscription, the changes will take effect on your next monthly contract period.
If you are on an annual subscription, the changes will take effect on your next annual contract period. - When you reduce the number of Nulab Pass subscription users less than your total organization users in the following contract period, an alert will be displayed in Nulab profile or organization settings page to all users and an email notification will be sent to the Plan Admin.
And some functions will be restricted:
- creating and editing managed account
- inviting Nulab Accounts
- changing SAML settings
The restrictions will be lifted once the number of users in your organization is reduced to less than or equal to the number of subscription users.
